was incorporated on 28th June
1999 under the Companies Ordinance 1984.
Its Chairman, Syed Asim Zafar, is a Nuclear Engineer from USA by
profession and has a vast experience in the running and successfully managing
the affairs of a brokerage house. He started as an agent in 1989
with Mrs. Tasneem
Zafar, and in 1992 he acquired this membership in
his own name.
